The team were delighted to receive a wonderful momento yesterday from our friends in Australia, Disaster Relief Australia. The gifts are recognition for their participation on Operation Tiger in response to the wild fires in 2019.
Steve Findlay MSc (Kent), MSc (Portsmouth), CertEd, FRGS – CEO, Richard Bowyer – Director and Shane Killaway – Chief chainsaw instructor, deployed at the time with Team Rubicon to help deliver aid to locals and begin the clear up phase from the immense damage caused by the fires.
