Please note that UKCR provides a ‘strategic reserve’ of skilled personnel which is intended to offer support to communities and organisations following a ‘major incident’ or ‘business continuity event’ before a MACA request is submitted.

We are not publicly funded and therefore cannot guarantee that we will respond to events which we deem to be outside our capacity to respond or ‘operational scope of practice’.
