About Our Humanitarian First Responder Course

Why use UKCR?

Everyone who successfully completes the first day of one of our emergency Care Courses will automatically gain the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification as required for UK workplaces.

Those who undertake the second day will gain the Humanitarian First Responder qualification. Additionally, candidates may opt for the Emergency First Aid at work qualification which not only qualifies them as an industry recognised Emergency First Responder but will also provide training which will prepare them for situations they may encounter when deployed as a responder during crisis or disaster events. This makes our courses particularly attractive to businesses, charities, community groups or humanitarian organisation who need to comply with HSE first aid criteria.

Employers or sponsors who book this course for their personnel can be satisfied that only are they meeting their statutory obligations but are also delivering on their corporate CSR targets as the proceeds from these courses will be used to fund UKCR’s humanitarian and UK resilience capability and capacity building operations.
