Rich Bowyer

Director

Rich is a former Royal Marine Officer and has worked globally as a security risk management consultant in complex and high risk environments. He has been an Operations Manager running and planning operations in Africa and the Middle East.

Rich planned and took part in Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Response operations while in the military and more recently as a volunteer helping with the responses to cyclones in Australia and the pacific, hurricanes in the Bahamas, the aftermath of the fires in Australia and the earthquake in Morocco. He also set up and handled logistics for temporary morgues during the Covid pandemic in the UK. 

He has over 20 years experience in the Royal Marines, serving on operations in Afghanistan, the Gulf, The United Nations in Georgia and Sierra Leone. Rich is a Retained Firefighter for Hampshire and Isle of White Fire and Rescue Service as well as a Scout Leader and currently owns and runs a serviced accommodation business.
